Where is boshuisje Nero locaded?

Boshuisje Nero is located in the middle of the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park, one of the oldest and most unique nature reserves in the Netherlands. The landscape was formed when a massive ice mass pushed the ground aside. The result? Sixteen rolling hills with magical views and the charming Regge River meandering gracefully through them.

How many people is Boshuisje Nero suitable for?

The cabin sleeps four people, plus one baby in a crib. Bedroom one; a double bed with a bed topper, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Bedroom two with two single beds and a wardrobe.

What are the check-in and check-out times

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and is contactless via a key box. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning, early or late check-outs are unfortunately not possible. If you have any questions about this, please contact the rental owner.

What is included in the price?

Your booking includes: made beds, hotel-quality towels, kitchen linens, water, electricity, internet, tourist tax, and cleaning. Also included are coffee pods for a Lór Barista coffee machine, tea, olive oil, herbs, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Use of the hot tub, a bathrobe, and slippers are also provided.

Where can you park? 

Boshuisje Nero has two private parking spaces. Cars can also be parked at the front of the nature park, and there's also an electric charging station.

How long can I stay?

Stays can be midweek (Monday to Friday), weekend (Friday to Sunday), long weekend (Friday to Monday), or week (Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday). Two-week stays are also possible.It is not possible to rent the cabin for one night.

Is Boshuisje Nero accessible by public transport?

From Raalte, there's a bus to Haarle, which is a 15-minute walk away. From Nijverdal station, there's a local bus to Haarle, which is a 15-minute walk away.

Can I book additional meals during my stay?

It's not possible to book breakfast at boshuisje Nero. An information folder with recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available in the cabin. A holiday park is just two minutes away, where you can pick up fresh bread rolls for breakfast.

What facilities are available at the Forest park 't Groene Hert in Haarle?

The nature park has two small wooden playgrounds and there is a place to charge your electric car and there are underground garbage containers.

Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available in the cabin. Login details will be provided upon check-in.

Are pets welcome?

Unfortunately it is not possible to bring pets to boshuisje Nero.

What is privacy like at boshuisje Nero?

Boshuisje nero was built in 2026, and the entire garden is surrounded by a hedge. The hot tub is enclosed by decorative wooden poles and ornamental grass.

Can I rent a bicycle?

There's a bike rental shop four kilometers from Boshuisje Nero. More information is available in the cabin.

How does the hot tub work?

The Q-rest XL hot tub with massage jets is ready and waiting for you, empty and cleaned. You fill it with water yourself so you can relax in fresh, chlorine-free water. After filling the tub, you turn on the heat pump to heat the water. The manual in the cabin explains exactly how this works.

Are babies and small children welcome?

Babies and small children are very welcome at Boshuisje Nero. Children's tableware, cups, and cutlery are provided. There is also a folding high chair and a travel cot with an extra mattress. You will need to bring your own bedding. Don't forget to bring a mattress cover (120x60 cm).
